Our first Zoom gathering will be on Wednesday, March 18 at 1 PM Pacific / 4 PM Eastern. During that meeting, we’ll decide which weekday we’ll meet each month going forward. All monthly gatherings will be one hour long and will take place at 1 PM Pacific / 4 PM Eastern.

Our year together will focus on four themes:
Part 1: Identity & Clarity
Discover your God‑given strengths, understand your church’s culture, and gain confidence in your everyday leadership role.Part 2: Practical Skills for Everyday Ministry
Learn simple tools for communication, decision‑making, healthy rhythms, and grace‑filled accountability you can use right away.Part 3: Growing Your Ministry Impact
Identify your ministry’s growth opportunities, remove small barriers that slow ministry down, and learn how to invite and empower others to serve.Part 4: Integration & Momentum
Design the next steps for your ministry that fit your real life, reflect on your growth, celebrate progress, and choose habits that keep you moving forward. -
A recording and summary will be available to all community members after each session, whether you attended or not.
Because the sessions rely heavily on small‑group interaction, you’ll miss an important part of the experience if you aren’t there live.
-
In some of the monthly gatherings we will welcome one of our supporters to speak on a topic.
-
Our supporters include:
Northwest District President Emeritus Paul Linnemann
Transitional Interim District Coordinator David Reinke
Transitional Interim Ministry Faculty Dean Emeritus Peter Alexander
Lead Pastor and Coach Hector Garfias‑Toledo
International Business Leader and Church Music Director Marty Sippy
Each of them has played a key role in shaping this ministry and brings valuable insight into the strengths and challenges of everyday leaders.
