Welcome, I’m Marjaana.
grew up in Finland in a home where community was treasured and doors were always open. That early experience shaped my lifelong passion for helping people and communities flourish. Today, I live in the greater Seattle area with my husband, our three children, and two golden retrievers, where I continue to live out that calling.
My work is rooted in a simple conviction: when leaders grow, their communities grow. With a background in social sciences (social work) and years of cross‑cultural ministry experience in Finland, Germany, and the U.S., I help individuals and churches navigate change with clarity, courage, and compassion.
Through coaching and facilitation, I walk alongside people who long to grow in life‑giving, sustainable ways. My own journey has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the joy of creating belonging wherever I go—and I bring that same spirit to every conversation and every community I serve.
